Robust Tax Incentives

Within the 30-mile studio zone that expands around Columbus Circle in New York, New Jersey’s Film Tax Credit is equal to 30% for Legacy Projects, 35% for Film-Lease Production Companies, and 40% for Studio Partners. Outside the zone, the tax credit is equal to 35% for Legacy Projects and 40% for Studio Partners and Film-Lease Studio Partners.
